Murter
Located at the gates of the Kornati archipelago, Murter is an attractive spot for boaters, but also for all lovers of quiet holidays. In Murter there is a marina which is a favorite destination of boaters due to the proximity of the Kornati National Park.
Beach "Čigrađa"
It is located at the entrance of Murter, on the south side of the island. The beach offers a view of the Kornati islands. This beach will be a real pleasure for lovers of clean and beautiful sea. It is possible to go down to the bay on foot or by car, and it is only 150m away from the apartments "Hojsak". The central part of the beach has a pebble-stone base at the entrance to the sea, while the seabed is sandy. If you like privacy, you will find your place along the rocky coast and enjoy the sea and the sun or the shade of a pine forest. In the bay there are several restaurants where you can refresh yourself with a drink and snack on the terraces under the pines, and entertainment is not lacking here even at night. In the bay there is a children's playground and parking.
Beach "Slanica"
Slanica beach is one of the most popular beaches on the whole island of Murter, and is located 700m from the apartments "Hojsak". The beach is rich in various contents and is ideal for young couples, the elderly, families with children and those looking for fun. Along the beautiful turquoise sea, part of the beach is sandy, and part is concrete and rocky. It is also surrounded by a pine forest that provides plenty of shade. On the beach there are several bars, food bars and restaurants where you can enjoy in Dalmatian specialties. Sports fans can have fun playing beach volleyball, tennis and many other sports, and there is an amusement park for children. The sea is shallow up to some 30 meters from the coast. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset here, while the view of the Kornati National Park is available throughout the day.
Beach "Podvrške"
This beautiful beach is the most popular among the locals because not many people still know about it. On the coastal part there are larger pebbles and gravel, and in the sea there is beautiful sand. When the sea is calm this beach looks like a large natural pool due to the turquoise, clear sea and white, sandy bottom. The beach is ideal for parents with small children, but also for all those who do not want too much crowd on the beach. For those who want to enjoy in the beach, deck chairs can be rented. Near the beach there is a pine forest that provides, in the hot summer days, much-needed shade. On the beach there is a cafe bar, a house with pancakes, waffles and ice cream. Those who want, can walk from the beach "Podvrške" through the camp, by the sea, all the way to the beach "Slanica". A special attraction is the Školjić peninsula, which can be reached by a landscaped approach, and diving enthusiasts will enjoy the rich life of the seabed around the peninsula. Nearby is a concrete part that is ideal for jumping into the sea.
Beach "Luke"
"Luke" beach is located in the center of Murter, and by type is a pebble beach. Access to the beach is very easy, and there is a parking lot nearby for all those who come by car. Since it is the central beach of Murter, it offers a lot of content and a gradual entrance to the sea, which makes it extremely suitable for families with children and the elderly. The beach has a slight slope and will suit children and weaker swimmers. The beach is equipped with complete infrastructure such as showers and changing cabins, and nearby you can find a shop, stand and sea equipment. Along the beach there are several restaurants, primarily cafe bars and beach bars that offer refreshments in the form of cold drinks or afternoon coffee. If you are hungry after many activities on the beach, there are restaurants offering delicious dishes and traditional specialties. Lovers of sweets will be delighted by the pastry shop right next to the beach, and the children with delicious ice cream.
